“Last weeks ratings for Keeping Up with the Kardashians were through the roof! I can’t believe 4.1 million people tuned in for the season premiere and the episode was the most watched telecast on E! EVER!!! We are all thrilled and so grateful! Thank you so much to everyone who watched and helped us break records for the E! Network!
