She shared in her official blog her steps in having an even more sexier body:
“So, I have held my end of the bargain with my workout plan! I have lost about five solid pounds and feel great!
Reggie and I were heavily working out, while he was here before training camp started! I make sure that I work out at least 3 times a week! But now that I am into a heavy workout mode, I feel lazy when I take a day off, so some weeks, depending on my schedule, I work out 4 or 5 times a week! Now that Reggie is gone, my brother Rob and I have been hitting the gym together!
I start off with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! I definately run 2 miles per workout, then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. I alternate between arms and legs switching off every other workout. I then do a bunch of stomach exercises and then stretch! When I get home I always do leg lifts, lunges and squats!
It’s not all about working out though, I definately have changed my diet too! I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat more protein. I definately cant give up sweets all together, so I just toned them down!”
She Interviewed Selena Gomez, asking about her 16th birthday party that she just had and avoiding asking questions that may make her interviewee uncomfortable.
Other celebrities that she interviewed were: Jordan Sparks, Jerry O’Connell, and the Cheetah Girls.

Kim Kardashian spent her week end with her boyfriend Reggie.
She wrote: ” I spent the weekend in Jackson, Mississippi with Reggie while he was at training camp! It was family day on Saturday!
Thank goodness Khadijah met me there while she was visiting Bobby! Khadijah also brought their new puppy Munster!!! He is soooo cute!
It was the best weekend! It was good to spend some quality with Reggie since the team has been working so hard in training camp these past few weeks! They really are going to have an amazing season! ”

Wendy described her as sexy, sweet and curvacious.
The show featured a segment of “keeping up with the Kardashians” where her most precious ‘asset’ is visible.
Among the topics touched: Khloe going to jail for which Kim said that she had done a mistake for which she has to suffer the consequences.

All four Kardashian ladies showed up at the Viceroy hotel in Santa Monica, California, the TMG International/CUUR annual “Style LA” runway show.

Kim wrote in her official blog: “This fashion show was extra special because it was for two different charities!… Stop the Violence and a facial paralysis charity.
When fashion mixes with charity there couldn’t be anything better!”
